The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across the United States. The Lifeline is comprised of a national network of over 200 local crisis centers, combining custom local care and resources with national standards and best practices. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is funded by the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and administered by Vibrant Emotional Health. Loveisrespect strives to be a safe, inclusive space for young people to access information and get help in an environment that is designed specifically for them. Comprehensive education on healthy, unhealthy and abusive dating relationships and behaviors. Loveisrespect also mobilizes parents, educators, peers and survivors to proactively raise awareness on healthy dating behaviors and how to identify unhealthy and abusive patterns. Provides trainings, toolkits, and curriculum, growing the community educators and advocates promoting healthy relationships and preventing future patterns of abuse.

Kids’ Link RI is a behavioral health triage service and referral network. A program offered in collaboration with Gateway Healthcare, Lifespan, Hasbro Children's Hospital and Bradley Hospital, Kids’ Link RI is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to help triage children and youth in need of mental health services and refer them to treatment providers.​

24 hour helpline provided for individuals in crisis. Telephone calls range from seeking to escape a domestic violence situation to support and advocacy. Victims of Crime Helpline BVAC, in collaboration with Day One and the RI Coalition Against Domestic Violence, answers the Victims of Crime Helpline. The Helpline provides telephone support as well as accompaniment to hospitals and police departments.

The Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network is the nation's largest anti-sexual assault organization. RAINN operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1.800.656.HOPE and the National Sexual Assault Online Hotline at rainn.org, and publicizes the hotline's free, confidential services; educates the public about sexual assault; and leads national efforts to prevent sexual assault, improve services to victims and ensure that rapists are brought to justice. The Domestic Violence Resource Center of South County works toward a future free from violence. They work collaboratively to offer safety, support, advocacy, education and a network of services to residents of Washington County. DVRCSC has a confidential safe home for women who face homelessness as a result of domestic violence. Additional services include a Drop-In Advocacy Center, Support Groups and One-on-One Counseling by appointment. They offer education and outreach on the subject of healthy relationships, dating violence, cyber stalking and techno-abuse.
