PACE Organization of Rhode Island is a not-for-profit health plan that offers services for qualifying adults age 55 and older. These older adults all have complex health needs but want to remain at home. As the insurer, provider, and coordinator of health care and wellness, PACE-RI tailors care plans to meet each participant’s individual needs through a range of service offerings. These services can be delivered in the home, at our health clinics and day centers, and beyond, providing great peace of mind for participants and their caregivers. Since 2005, PACE-RI has served more than 2,000 participants and their families across Rhode Island.
The MME counselors provide person-centered options counseling to Medicare-Medicaid individuals to ensure that they receive clear, unbiased, and consumer friendly information and one-on-one counseling to help them make informed decisions about options they have for receiving their Medicare and Medicaid benefits. They also help with the enrollment or dis-enrollment process as needed.
