Health Center For seniors, services include: At Home Supports Case Management; Integrated Case Management; Self-Directed Program; Protective Services; and National Family Caregiver Support Program. Behavioral health treatment is offered for a wide variety of concerns including substance abuse treatment, anxiety and depression, relationship and family counseling, and stress and anger management.
