The FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center, or IC3, is the reporting mechanism to submit complaints regarding cyber crimes to the FBI. Information is analyzed and disseminated for investigative and intelligence purposes to law enforcement and for public awareness. The IC3 accepts online Internet crime complaints from either the actual victim or from a third party to the complainant.
